Notice of Intent to Sole Source

PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to Versa Products, Inc for design, assembly, and install of custom elevation desks with dual descending monitors for single users in exisitng space. This requirement is for the Atlanta Field Office. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.

All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted no later than 1pm EST on Wedensday 09/24/2025 to the Contracting Officer Katelyn Haus by email, krhaus@fbi.gov. All capability statements shall be received before the closing date and time. Sole Source Justification is available upon request.
