Subj: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Announcement This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation announcement issued by the Defense Health Agency (DHA) National Capital Region (NCR) as part of its market research, on behalf of the Alexander T. Augusta Military Medical Center (ATAMMC), 9300 Dewitt Loop. Fort Belvoir, VA in accordance with FAR Part 13.303, Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) and FAR 16.7, Agreements.

The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, for commercial services for the procurement of intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) services to be performed during spine and orthopedic surgeries. The NAICS code is 621399, with a size standard of $10,000,000. Federal Supply Class or Product Service Codes such as: Q502. This combined synopsis/solicitation announcement is a request for quotes. This notice is a request for competitive proposals.
