Cloud Security Operations and Maintenance (Cloud SecOps) Limited-Source Justification

The CloudSecOps task order provides security operations services supporting re-invention of CMS’ cloud environment through (a) the operation of security tools and performance of associated incident response and investigation; (b) engineering support to the program’s objectives of “shifting left” on security matters (i.e., to continuously improve the performance, cost efficiency and ease with which application teams secure their applications and associated infrastructure, principally through the development of best practices and automated tools); and (c) cloud security subject matter expertise to provide thought leadership to the program.
