D69 Autoexpreso Toll Pass

CCFM: APC-FY24-000458 FY23-FY24 D69 Autoexpreso Toll Pass The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract Autoexpreso Toll Pass in Puerto Rico. The period of performance for this effort will be a 12-month base period with a two (2) 12-month option periods. The total estimated value is $20,262.20. This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 19.808-1 for the aforementioned requirement.

This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the options included in this requirement. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
