Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicles (AMPVs) for Full Rate Production (FRP) Contract - Award Notice

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal has awarded Modification PZ0054 under the Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle (AMPV) Full-Rate Production (FRP) contract (W56HZV-23-C-0024) to BAE Systems pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements."

This action definitizes an Undefinitized Contract Action (UCA) issued under W56HZV-23-C-0024 P00024 and revised under modifications P00029, P00033, P00036, and P00041 for the procurement of up to 720 AMPVs for Option Years 3-5 (OY 3-5). Concurrently, this modification exercises OY4 to order 100 AMPVs. This action incorporates vital support including Follow-On Production Testing, Contractor Authenticated Inspections, and First Article Testing of Line Replaceable Units.
