Metal Shop Air Compressor Replacement

The existing air compressor and dryer in the metal shop are outdated and no longer capable of meeting the high demand for pneumatic equipment used by aviation personnel. The manufacturer has discontinued this model, resulting in scarce replacement parts and escalating maintenance costs. Additionally, the current unit operates inefficiently due to excessive heat production and moisture build up.

We propose upgrading to a rotary screw air compressor system, which offers the following advantages: Enhanced efficiency, cost savings, environmental impact, operational stability, and noise reduction.
