AID-OAA-TO-15-00010 GHSC-PSM TO3 extension Justification and Approval (J&A)-2026

USAID/Global Health modified Task Order No. AID-OAA-TO-15-00010 (“Task Order 3”) of the Global Health Supply Chain – Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM), Contract No. AID-OAA-I-15-00004 to extend the period of performance (PoP) from November 29, 2024 to November 28, 2026 and increase the level of effort (LOE) in support of field operations. Under the extension, the contractor will continue to procure health commodities and provide technical assistance to designated countries.
