A Brand Name Class Justification and Approval for the acquisition of Avaya AuraVoice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) hardware, soft- ware, licenses, and maintenance for new and existing orders for the Air Force Base Telephone infrastructure. This Class Exception limits sources to a particular brand name IAW FAR 8.405-6(b)(1). A brand name item, whether available on one or more schedule contracts, is an item peculiar to one manufacturer.
