Description

As published on SAM.gov.

Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) is a Windows-based common solution package for shared and platform-unique mission planning applications. It is the current Mission Planning Solution used by most USAF Aircraft. JMPS supports both the Mobility Air Forces (MAF) and Combat Air Forces (CAF) mission planning baselines. JMPS currently uses National Geospatial Intelligence Agency’s (NGA) Digital Aeronautical Flight Information File (DAFIF) for its aeronautical data.

The Government recently added the capability to utilize Boeing’s Jeppesen Military Navigational Data (JMN) as an additional dataset or standalone option for our system to which the Government has Government Purpose Rights (GPR) to the JMN data.

The Government is looking to identify vendors that have experience working with these aeronautical datasets as well as working with multiple similar datasets/databases and combining those into one complete dataset/database, including deconfliction of information and documentation of actions taken, within the Aeronautical Radio Incorporated (ARINC) 28-day cycle.
