Notice of Intent to Sole Source - WOC Dispatch Console

Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The 341st Contracting Squadron (341 CONS) – Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to Motorola Solutions Inc. to install a new MCC7500E dispatch console and One Year Advanced Plus Services to match the existing Land Mobile Radio (LMR) radio system on Malmstrom AFB.

The existing Land Mobile Radio (LMR) system on Malmstrom AFB is a Motorola system and the software that has been purchased and is used to program Motorola radios is propriety and exclusive to Motorola. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 22 August 2024 by 2:00 PM MST at 341 CONS, Malmstrom AFB to Lt Randolph Foote, Contract Administrator, randolph.foote.1@us.af.mil, and Ms. Viviana Castillo Ramirez, Contracting Officer, viviana.castillo_ramirez@us.af.mil.
