Sources Sought & RFI: International (Africa) Technical Assistance Strategy and Training

Technical Assistance for Bankable Infrastructure (TABI) program This is a previously purchased service, current Incumbent Contractor is a Large Business. The requirements attached are very unique; please review the attached draft Scope of Work and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) carefully to determine whether your firm can respond in the affirmative to all of the questions below prior to responding. Please respond to the questions below and provide evidence-based support statements for affirmative answers.

Format requirements: maximum of 10 pages Microsoft Word 12 point font or larger Calibri font Submission may include a separate capabilities slick sheet (no page limit) Does your firm possess specialized knowledge or demonstrated experience in developing a tailored technical assistance strategy and delivering capacity building trainings to support a large-scale project in Africa, equal to (or exceeding) the scope/level of effort described in the attached requirements?

Does your firm possess specialized knowledge or demonstrated experience working with investment projects in Africa? Does your firm possess specialized knowledge or demonstrated experience utilizing a Public Investment Management Assessment (PIMA) framework to support African government entities? Does your firm possess specialized knowledge or demonstrated experience providing training (including potentially leveraging U.S. Government training resources) to build capacity of officials in relevant ministries? Does your firm possess specialized knowledge or demonstrated experience existing in-house specialists and offices in target African countries to deliver the trainings?
