The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Special Operations (SOF), Acquisition, Technology and Logistics (AT&L), Directorate of Procurements, is seeking information to identify potential sources for market research purposes only. This Sources Sought Notice is seeking any company capable of providing advanced commercial aerial delivery (AD) consultation, rigging, training, and education services.

Specifically, the Government is interested in companies that can provide (1) low visibility aerial delivery subject matter expertise, (2) commercial aerial delivery consultation and (3) oversight of aerial delivery rigging, training, and education. Responses to this notice are encouraged even if a company only has a capability in one of the three above listed focus areas.

Potential offerors are required to possess a SECRET Facility Clearance from Defense Security Service and some personnel will be required to have a TOP SECRET clearance based on a Tier 5 (SSBI/PPR) background investigation. Response shall be no longer than 5 pages in length. Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this notice.

This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the Government if received within thirty (30) calendar days of this notice. The Government is not responsible for any costs incurred for submissions in response to this notice.
