NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installation East (MCIEAST) Contracting Office , Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to L3 Harris Technologies Inc. located at 221 Jefferson Ridge Parkway Lynchburg, Virginia 24501 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) only one source reasonably available as the original equipment manufacturer.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

Requirement is for the 6 Portal XL-185P, UHF, FKP, BLK, NA , part number XS-PFSUM-NA, manufactured by L3 Harris Technologies, Inc. This item will be used for communication purposes. Interested firms may submit information that indicated their ability to satisfy this requirement. Responses must be received at the Contracting Office no later than 12:00 PM EST, on 3 June 2024 via email.
