NOTICE OF SOLE SOURCE INTENT Reference No. ACQ-24-0548 CCH, Inc. 2700 Lake Cook Rd Riverwoods, IL 60015-3867 The Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Assistant Secretary of Administration and Management (OASAM), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with CCH Inc under the authority of FAR 13.106?1(b)(1)(i) – Soliciting from a Single Source.

The Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) requests the renewal of the agencies ProSystem FX Engagement software licenses to be used in conjunction with another licensed software to download accounting binder packages submitted by independent auditors (independent accounting firms), to review corporate Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) benefit information. This action will result in a firm fixed price contract.

The period of performance will commence on September 30, 2024. The NAICS code for this requirement is 513210 – Software Publishers - with a size standard of $47.0 million. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals.
