THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR MARKET RESEARCH ONLY – NO AWARD WILL BE MADE FROM THIS NOTICE FAR 52.215-3, Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes – (a) The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this solicitation or to otherwise pay for the information solicited except as an allowable cost under other contracts as provided in subsection 31.205-18, Bid and proposal costs, of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. (b) Although "proposal" and "offeror" are used in this Request for Information, your response will be treated as information only.

It shall not be used as a proposal. (c) This request for information is issued for the purposes of identifying sources, capabilities, and acquisition planning as set forth in this RFI.

Contracting Office: Office of Government Contracting Services (GCS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF) The Government is seeking a vendor to provide TANF Outcomes Technical Assistance and Logistics (TOTAL) for TANF Programs responding to the technical assistance and training needs located within the attached DRAFT PWS. Interested companies are requested to review the DRAFT PWS and Request for Information Questions attached to this posting. Responses are reqeusted by email by the closing date of this sources sought.
