Intent to Sole Source Large Cavitation Channel Pump replacement parts

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract under statutory authority 41 U.S.C. 1903 set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) (A), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

Naval Sea Systems Command Surface Warfare Center Carderock (NSSCSWCC) intends to solicit and award a sole source contract for replacement parts to CIRCOR PUMPS NORTH AMERICA, 1710 Airport RD Monroe, North Caroline 28110-7394. A sole source justification has been reviewed and approved by the Small Business Professional; however the justification is not required to be posted. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations.
