This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 3204 set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(b)(1)(i), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

Naval Sea Systems Command Surface Warfare Center Carderock (NSSCSWCC) intends to solicit and award a sole source contract for Vibrathane B 889/Vibracure A 303 two-part polyurethane to LANXESS Corporation 214 West Ruby Avenue, Gastonia, North Carolina, 28054-7507 United States. A sole source justification has been reviewed and approved; however the justification is not required to be posted. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations.
