ACC-Redstone Arsenal HYBRID PALT Session Announcement

ACC-Redstone Arsenal, June 2025 Hybrid PALT Update Session Information ACC-RSA has scheduled its next Procurement Acquisition Lead Time (PALT) session for Monday, 9 June 2025, starting at 1:00 pm and ending at 3:00 pm CST.

This session will be a continuation of the ACC-RSA Executive Director's intent to be transparent in our dealings with industry and to provide members of industry the opportunity to ask questions of the Senior Contracting Officials and ACC-RSA Mission Partners in support of the various portfolios supported by ACC-RSA at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. The session will include ACC-RSA, AMCOM, PEO Aviation, PEO Missiles & Space, PEO IEW&S, SMDC and DEVCOM AvMC contracting and program management Senior Leaders.

In an attempt to reach as wide of an industry base as possible, we are going to open this session as hybrid event (BOTH In-Person and Hybrid-MS TEAMS Option). It will be held in the Bob Jones Auditorium in the Sparkman Center on Redstone Arsenal. In order to attend, individuals must R.S.V.P. using the E-Invitation link NLT 30 May 2025 (Provided Soon).

We are required to provide the list of personnel needing access to Redstone Arsenal at least 1 week prior to the day of the event, so if you don’t already have access to the installation, you MUST provide your company name, driver’s license number and state of issue with the registration. Directions/access information to the Sparkman Center/Bob Jones Auditorium will be provided after registration is completed.

If you elect to submit an inquiry, we ask that you pose a specific question, vice simply listing a program acronym or name. This will greatly facilitate our Contracting Team in providing focused, accurate answers during the session. We will first address the questions we receive in advance, and with the remaining time, open the floor for questions. Thus, to ensure we do address your most pressing contract related questions, we recommend you submit them in advance.

Information to be provided by the Government during this hybrid PALT Update Session will be limited to status updates pertaining to specific procurements. The Government will not provide any procurement sensitive information that would violate the integrity of the source selection process. We will continue to post updated versions of our ACC-RSA Workload Point of Contact chart to our ACC-RSA SSCM public website (https://acc.army.mil/contractingcenters/acc-rsa/PALTsessions.htmlon) a regular basis.
