NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE – Parts manufactured by SSR Engineering NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW. In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System paragraph 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source using single source procedures.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to award a single source, one-time, Firm Fixed Price contract, for items listed below.

The individual components of CSS equipment cannot be competitively acquired from other manufacturers as SSR is the patent and proprietary data owner nor can the CSS equipment be reverse engineered.
