Special Notice Synopsis: The 22nd Contracting Squadron – McConnell AFB, KS, 67221 on behalf of the 22nd Air Refueling Wing intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) to only one responsible source, Advantor Systems to install an access control system in the airfield management building. It is in the best interest of the government to allow services for this work to be performed by Advantor Systems. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 561261 and the size standard is $25M.

Base Notice: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available for this requirement. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by sending responses regarding this requirement to the 22nd Contracting Squadron via email ONLY to joshua.brown.138@us.af.mil no later than 2 August 2024 by 2:00 PM CST. The U.S. government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this notice. All costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the expense of the interested party.
