NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD AGAINST BLANKET ORDERING AGREEMENT (BOA). The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to place an order against a preexisting BOA for the purpose of a design and construction [Design-Build (DB)] of the facility at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC) in Anchorage, Alaska. The preexisting BOA has pre-approved vendors who will bid on this opportunity. Purpose of the announcement: To inform industry of the basis of the FAA’s decision to contract via the BOA.
