Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Industry Day

The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) will hold an Industry Engagement Day on February 21, 2024, from 9:00am to 12:00pm EST. It will be conducted at the PERATON SG2 Conference Center in Chantilly, VA. The Industry Engagement Day will be a collaborative, unclassified event featuring guest speakers discussing topics for your business interest in DIA. Upcoming significant procurements, along with time for Q&A and networking will also be included.

Seating capacity is limited to 220 attendees; therefore, each industry partner will be limited to two (2) registrants on a first come, first reserved basis. Registration instructions are provided below, and registration for in person attendance will be closed upon reaching seating capacity. A confirmation email will be sent for accepted or unaccepted registrations. Unregistered individuals will NOT be allowed in. There will be a virtual option for those who are unable to attend in person.

The link will be provided in a separate response. In the event of inclement weather or other unscheduled incidents, we will follow guidance posted on www.opm.gov. If there is a Government delay, we will reschedule to a later date.

Registration: Please comply with the following instructions to prevent your registration from being diverted, mishandled, or potentially deleted. One individual (one person) registration (two per company) per email. Do NOT include any of your Personal Identifiable Information (PII) such as Social Security Number (SSN), address, birthdate, or any other PII.

Register by sending an email to VA_Contracting_Activity_Actions@dodiis.mil with the following information in the Subject line as shown in this format: 2024 DIA CFO Industry Day Email body in the following format: 1. Full Legal Name (Last, First, Middle) 2. Company Name, email, phone number 3. Place of birth 4. Citizenship (US or Dual) 5. Current DIA contract (yes or no) 6. Virtual or in person Again, please do not include any of your PII. Your registration confirmation email will provide any additional instructions for parking and entry to the building.

Location: PERATON SG2 Conference Center, 15052 Conference Center Dr, Chantilly, VA. Limited parking is available on-site.
