Notice to Sole Source to Financial Times

The U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), an agency of the U.S. federal goverment, requires greater access to the Financial Times news content than is current available via the print copies of the U.S. edition. DFC employees need Financial Times access for answers to reference questions, information for research projects, country and industry updates on regions where they are anticipating or monitoring projects, and current awareness resources regarding the trends within the financial, business, and political environments around the world.
