The appropriation funding Government operations expired at 11:59pm EDT on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. During this lapse in appropriations, the terms and conditions of your funded contract remain in full force and effect. Unless otherwise directed by a Contracting Officer, you will be required to continue performance. This notification does not authorize you to exceed the funding obligated on your contract.
