THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THERE WILL NOT BE A SOLICITATION, SPECIFICATIONS, OR DRAWINGS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine if there are commercially available and interested suppliers capable of performing the services pertaining to the following and as detailed in Attachment 2 – Bathroom Accessories Cut Sheet: Toilet Accessories Manufacturers – Georgia-Pacific, Impact, Kimberly-Clark, GOJO Products – Paper Towel Dispenser:

Georgia-Pacific Pro Series 54338A Soap Dispenser:

Impact 9391 Toilet Tissue Dispenser, Jumbo:

Kimberly-Clark #09551 Industrial Soap Dispenser:

GOJO #7500-01 Requirements- Paper Towel Dispenser: Provide wall mounted manual roll towel dispenser compatible with an 8” diameter roll of towels. Provide Georgia-Pacific Pro Series 54338A in order to avoid incompatibility with existing accessories used under an existing Facility Service Contract.

Soap Dispenser: Provide surface mounted, ADA compliant, one-hand push operation foam soap dispenser with refillable bottle. Provide Impact 9391 in order to avoid incompatibility with existing accessories used under an existing Facility Service Contract.

Toilet Tissue Dispenser: Provide wall mounted manual roll tissue dispenser compatible with a 3.25” diameter core roll plus a stub roll. Provide Kimberly-Clark #09551 in order to avoid incompatibility with existing accessories used under an existing Facility Service Contract.

Industrial Soap Dispenser: Provide surface mounted, ADA compliant, one-hand push operation foam soap dispenser compatible with 5000 mL refills. Provide GOJO #7500-01 in order to avoid incompatibility with existing accessories used under an existing Facility Service Contract. This is a market research tool being used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential sources prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of an award.

The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis. It is requested that interested vendors submit to the contracting office a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 5 pages total) demonstrating the ability to provide the product with the specifications described above.

Interested Sources are invited to respond to this Source Sought by completing Attachment 1 – Company Information and providing product technical information and specification sheets. The Capabilities Statement Package shall not exceed 5 pages and shall ONLY be submitted electronically to Sarah Lorkiewicz, sarah.m.lorkiewicz.civ@us.navy.mil and MUST be limited to a 4MB attachment. You are encouraged to request a read receipt or acknowledgement via reply email. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN THURSDAY, 01 February 2024 AT 2:00 PM EASTERN TIME. LATE RESPONSES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
