Notice Of Intent To Sole Source- 193 SOG Advantor ACS Upgrade

The 193 SOW Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), due to only one source being capable of providing the supplies required at the level of quality required due to the unique specialization of the items. The requirement is to provide and install the new SFXi Access Control Suite upgrade to the current Intrusion Detection System in Building 76 Mustang Alley.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 561621 and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 6350. Sources interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes technical data and cost information with sufficient detail-convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to meet the requirement.

A request for documentation or additional information or submission, that only ask questions will not be considered as an affirmative response. A determination by the government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or to proceed with a sole source procurement.
