Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source - R11 Refueler Repair

The Department of War (DoW), 673 CONS, hereby gives notice of its intent to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Bob’s Services Inc. under the authority of RFO 12.102(a) and 12.201-1 for R11 Refueler Repair services. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.

Interested organizations who believe they have the ability to provide the required product may submit their capabilities and qualifications in writing to clay.schott@us.af.mil NLT 2:00PM AKDT, Tuesday, 22 September 2026. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion for the Government. Oral communications will not be accepted in response to this notice. No request for proposals or quotes will be issue based upon this Notice of Intent.
