vBrick Software Renewal

This is a Notice of Proposed Contract Action. This does not constitute a Request fo Quotation (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), Inivtation for Bid, or a commitment, implied or otherwise. This notice is for a proposed contract in accordance with (IAW) FAR 5.201(b)(1), for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source IAW 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 13-106-1(b)(1)(i), "Soliciting from a Single Source." The Air Force intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Video Dynamics Inc for VBrick Software and TS/SCI support.
