The purpose of this notice is to notify industry that the Enterprise Acquisition Support Services (70FA203I00000008) and FIMA Resilience Acquisition Support Services (70FA203I00000006) needs will be consolidated into a single requirement. FEMA is merging both requirements to guarantee that the agency receives the necessary services to meet its needs. The total estimated contract value is under $100M. Small businesses (from all socioeconomic backgrounds) will be solicited.

The RFP will be issued in March 2024 and released on GSA MAS NAICS 541611. The requirement will result in a single award BPA. The solicitation will supersede any previous information captured or provided during market research or industry engagements. See the attached Draft PWS and SOO for both requirements to better understand the agency's needs. Both requirements will be integrated into a single effort, and a new PWS combining both efforts will be published.
