Stata License

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), Office of Budget and Financial Management (OBFM), on behalf of the Office of Technology and Information Management (OTIM), proposes to award a sole source purchase order to StataCorp to renew FHFA’s current unlimited-use Stata site-license. This is a sole source justification in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901(e)(2), FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The applicable NAICS Code is 513210 Software Publishers. This notice is neither a request for quotations nor a solicitation of offers.

No formal solicitation package is available. A redacted copy of the Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition is hereby posted in accordance with FAR 6.305(a) and FAR 13.501(a)(1)(iii).
