Broad Government Announcement - DFC Personal Services Contractor (PSC) Program

The U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) hereby announces to all interested individuals the intent to solicit quotes for Personal Services Contractor (PSC) positions through this Broad Government Announcement (BGA).

Authorized by the Better Utilization of Investments Leading to Development (BUILD) Act of 2018, DFC may contract with individuals for personal services, who shall not be considered Federal employees under any provision of law administered by the Director of the Office of Personnel Management. In accordance with the BUILD ACT, this announcement will be used to solicit quotes on positions that will be posted throughout a five (5) year period from the date of posting.

Any resulting contracts will be made under FAR 37.104 Personal Services Contracts. Please see all attachments for information about this announcement/new program and available opportunities.
