HPC TECH REFRESH

This brand-name justification and approval is for one delivery order, to be awarded under the 2nd Generation IT (2GIT) Contract. HBGK will purchase electronic hardware, as listed in the Bill of Materials (BOM). The delivery orders are within scope of the 2GIT contract. A firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract type has been selected for use. The delivery date for these items is as soon as practicable, but not later than one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days after contract award.

Furthermore, this contract includes a 1-year standard manufacturer warranty and is followed by an additional 5 years of product support. The contractor will provide brand-name commercial electronic equipment listed in the BOM, which will become part of the existing hardware architecture for the High-Powered Compute (HPC) Environment. The contract dates are required based off the operational need dates of the RGS system.

The accompanying BOM contains a detailed description of the items, including the quantity for each brand-name item. Hardware will be shipped to Space Dynamics Lab (SDL) for integration and test. SDL shall deliver to sites as directed by the Government.
