JAGC eDiscovery Software-as-a-Service Solution

RESPONSES TO THIS DRAFT RFP DOCUMENTS ARE NOT OFFERORS AND CANNOT BE ACCEPTED BY THE GOVERNMENT TO FORM A BINDING CONTRACT. The Department of the Air Force (Air Force) is conducting market research to identify an eDiscovery Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions capable of handling DoD Impact Level(IL)-5 information.

The result of this market research will contribute to determining the requirement for this solution. The Product Service Code (PSC) is DA10, and the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is NAICS 513210 Software Publisher. The size standard is $47M. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. There is no solicitation at this time.

The RFI is to help the Air Force identify sources that can provide an eDiscovery SaaS solution on a subscription basis in an environment approved to host IL-5 data and records. This RFI is issued for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever.

Further, the Air Force is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondees are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. If a competitive solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on SAM.gov.
