2. Inform industry that the Government has not finalized its acquiisition strategy for this requirement. UPDATED ANNOUNCEMENT - EFFECTIVE 13 AUGUST 2024 The purpose of this announcement is to provide the consolidated vendor questions and Government responses resulting from the Government's Sources Sought and Request for Information. Specifically, the questions and resulting answers relate to the Government's posted DRAFT PWS. Reference the attached Microsoft Excel Document titled 'SDA_C2_RFI CONSOLIDATED Q and A'.

No response from Industry is required. COMBINED SOURCES SOUGHT & REQUEST FOR INFORMATION Reference attached announcement and supporting documents for additional details. The 19th Space Defense Squadron (SDS) conducts a Space Domain Awareness (SDA) / Command and Control (C2) mission through Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Support Services on the Mission Processing System (MPS), Common Framework Environment (CFE), Astrodynamics Support Workstation (ASW), and Non-Traditional Data Pre-Processor (NDPP).

Co-located partners include Space Systems Command (SSC) who perform test and acquisitions, and Naval Network Warfare Command (NAVNETWARCOM) who performs Navy Fleet Support. Mission requirements necessitate on-site, Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) support 24 hours per day, seven (7) days per week (24x7).
