DESCRIPTION: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL.

The Aerospace Management Systems Division International Affairs & Foreign Military Sales Branch (AFLCMC/HBAN) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to improve its understanding of current market capabilities and to identify qualified vendors capable of renovating the airfield lighting system for the primary runway (30R/12L) and rehabilitate the associated uninterrupted power supply (UPS) at Imam Ali Air Base, Iraq, including two (2) years of warranty, spare parts and consumables, and familiarization training, in support of a United States Government (USG) foreign partner, the Iraq Air Force (IAF).

Work will include the repair and/or replacement of airfield ground lighting (AGL), AGL Generator and Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), Constant Current Regulator (CCR) equipment, UPS system, Airfield Lighting Control & Monitoring System (ALCMS), control displays, runway lighting and all associated cabling.
