AIR ROUTE SURVEILLANCE RADAR VERSION 4 REPLACEMENT- HAWAII (ARSR4R-HI)

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (U) The ARSR4R-HI program has prepared a document with information detailing the aperture size that would be technically optimal to meet ARSR4R-HI program requirements. The document contains classified information that is marked Secret No Foreign (SECRET//NOFORN). Thus, this information may not be released in any form to foreign governments, foreign nationals, foreign organizations, or non-U.S. citizens.

The company shall be a United States (US) Industrial Based Company, shall not have foreign influences, shall ensure that the classified information can only be viewed and handled by US citizens with documented eligibility to obtain classified information.
