Notice of Intent to Sole Source

Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The 341st Contracting Squadron (CONS) – Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to LION FIRST RESPONDER PPE INC. to install, repair and upgrade the LION Fire Trainer at Malmstrom, AFB. The LION Fire Trainer is exclusively manufactured and supplied by LION. All upgrades, parts and repairs can only be provided by LION. This service is not available to third parties or distributors.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice.

Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 24 June 2043 by 2:00 PM MST at 341 CONS, Malmstrom AFB to SrA Marquis Patton, Contract Specialist, marquis.patton.1@us.af.mil and Mrs. Viviana Castillo Ramirez, Contracting Officer, viviana.castillo_ramirez@us.af.mil.
