No other contractors are available or certified to provide this supply.. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 323111 - Commercial Printing (except Screen and Books, with a business size standard of 650 Employes.

The proposed contract is for items for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (1). This is a notice of intent to award a sole source action and is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 2 days of publication of this Special Notice.

Firms who want to challenge the sole source determination must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm's ability to provide an equivalent supply as described above.
