O2X Human Performance Workshops - IFLEX and AFLEX

NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Contracting Department Groton Office intends to solicit and award a sole source requirement for human performance workshops, IFLEX and AFLEX, to O2X Human Performance, LLC in support of Naval War College Newport, RI. The purchase will be performed under Simplified Procedures under Other than Full and Open environment, as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is by the last week of April. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
