Notice of intent - Sole Source - Infrastructure for Telecom Services

The US Consulate General Merida intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price Purchase Order to Axtel, SAB de CV (Alestra) for the installation of infrastructure for permanent telecom services for the second circuit for the New Consulate Compound in Merida, Mexico.as per Information Management Office requirements. The Contracting Officer has determined that it is in the Government's best interest to sole source this requirement. See attached Notice of Intent to Sole Source document for full detail.
