The purpose of this announcement is to notify Industry that: Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Europe Africa Central (EURAFCENT) Expeditionary will sponsor an Industry Forum on Wednesday, December 18th in Nicosia, Cyprus. The exact location and time of this Industry Forum will be provided by an Amendment to this Notice closer to the date of the event.
This half-day conference is designed to provide information on upcoming projects and contracting with the US Government to industry partners interested in providing design and construction solutions to the Navy. The forum offers a chance to gain familiarity contracting with NAVFAC and the US Government in general.
Any questions attendees wish to be addressed during the forum shall be submitted by email to Ms. Anna Gulewich at anna.l.gulewich.civ@us.navy.mail as early as possible, but no later than Wednesday, 11th December 2024. Who Should Attend: Any contractors interested in design and construction contracting opportunities with NAVFAC EURAFCENT, specifically regarding upcoming work at Mari Naval Base and KEN Larnaca, Cyprus. Firms are limited to two (2) representatives per company as space is limited.
Industry representatives interested in attending this event shall contact Ms. Anna Gulewich at anna.l.gulewich.civ@us.navy.mail no later than Friday, 13th December and provide the following information: Attendee(s) Name & Title Company Name Email Address Phone Number Further, due to Cypriot security requirements, it is anticipated that award of any of the contracting opportunities discussed during the forum will be limited to firms with a primary place of business in either the United States, or current European Union Member States.
A Justification and Approval for this limitation to competition will be posted to SAM.gov upon approval as required by FAR Subpart 6.3. The agenda items to be discussed at the forum, generally, are as follows:

Participation in this Industry Forum is voluntary and in no way obligates the Government to award any contracts, or pay any costs associated with such participation. There is no cost to attend this event.
