BSD Ascent Gold Service

Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract with BSD Robotics PTY LTD, 11 Aldinga Street, Brenda le, QLD, 4500, Australia. The requirement provides "1aintenance Service for the BSD Servcon 12M US Gold Service -BSD Ascent associated equipment for the Defense Forensic Science Center. This instrument is needed for lifecycle replacement of an existing instrument and ensure continuity of operations.

The authority for this non-competitive award is 10 USC 2304(c) (1), Only One Responsible Source. The Government ntends to procure this sole source requirement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR part 13 and commercial procedures in FAR part 12. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.

If no affirmative written responses are received by 900 am EST, Thursday, 2 October 2025 an award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
