The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, C5ISR Center, Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate is issuing this call for WPs in association with Topic # 49. To be eligible for consideration, the technology or methodology shall be Technology Readiness Level 4 and Advanced Technology Development 6.3.
