Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Inca Digital

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) in Irving, TX 75063, intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 13.5 to Inca Digital Federal LLC. (dba Inca Digital) in Miami, FL for Inca Digital software licenses. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures.

The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available based on the capabilities and proprietary nature of the contractor and its products/services. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quote (RFQ). A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government Contracting Officer.
