PSA Strategic Planning Management 3-day Conference - Offsite

In support of its mission, Pretrial Services Agency (PSA) for the District of Columbia (DC) is seeking to acquire a venue to host a three (3) day off-site Strategic Planning Management Conference within a 15-mile radius (DC, Maryland, or Virginia) of PSA’s office location at 633 Indiana Avenue, NW, Washington, DC. In addition, the venue location must be within .5-miles walking distance of public transportation (Metrorail station, bus, etc.). Approximately 110 participants will be attendance. This 3-day Conference is scheduled for Wednesday, August 21st through Friday, August 23rd, 2024. Wednesday & Thursdays Time:

7:00 AM to 6 PM and Friday Time: 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM (three (3) consecutive days). Vendors must provide available dates as part of their quote/proposal. Vendors must provide all accommodations listed in the Statement of Work (SOW) See Attachment Combined Synopsis Solicitation RFQ# 959P0024Q0008.
