eAgent License Subscription and Application Support

Notice of Intent to Sole Source CSOSA eAgent License Subscription and Application Support This is a notice of intent to sole source for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) eAgent License Subscription and Application Support. The CSOSA intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Only one source is reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency’s requirements.

The CSOSA anticipates the award of a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Diverse Computing, Inc., Tallahassee, FL. The CSOSA has a requirement for annual license subscription and application support of eAgent. eAgent allows CSOSA to send and receive messages to/from the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s National Crime Information Center (NCIC), specifically with NCIC-Supervised Release (NCIC-SR), NCIC-National Sex Offender Registry (NCIC-NSOR), and the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS).

The anticipated period of performance is 1(one) 12-month base period plus 4(four) 12-month option periods, from June 23, 2024, through June 22, 2029. It is anticipated a firmed fixed price Purchase Order. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement.
