The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has a requirement for MyDMS software, development, maintenance, and enhancements support services.

The purpose of the Limited Sources Justification (LSJ) is to provide documentation that explains why this specific requirement is to be awarded without competition to Open Text Public Sector Solutions, Inc.
