Access to Data for All Commodities

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has a requirement for Access to Data for All Commodities. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 9523ZY24Q0024.

This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 effective May 22, 2024. The applicable NAICS code is 519290 – Web Search Portals and All Other Information Services and this is a full and open competition. Size standard: 1,000 employees.

See Part II for a list of contract line item numbers and items, quantities and units of measure (including options). Period of performance: The period of performance is a Base Period of twelve (12) months and four (4) 12-month options. FAR 52.212-4, CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS – COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES, is applicable to this solicitation (See Part II).

FAR 52.212-5, CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT STATUTES OR EXECUTIVE ORDERS – COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES, is applicable to this solicitation (See Part II). Quotes shall include a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3, OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS – COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES, in accordance with Part III.
