CQ Roll Call License Renewal

The First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet) Procurement Office intends to negotiate with CQ Roll Call, Inc., located in Washington, DC, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 16.505(a)(4), The requirement is for an item peculiar to one manufacturer. In addition, the Government will leverage the authority under Section 103 of P.L. 106-481 (2 U.S.C.

182c) which establishes FEDLINK as a revolving fund to provide the procurement of commercial information services, publications in any format, and library support services, to provide this requirement. This is a notice of the intent to award a sole source contract. It is published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals.
