Synopsis for Mettler-Toledo Particle Track G600 Ex The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) has a requirement for the assembly, installation, and setup the ParticleTrack G600 Ex analytical instruments in a government owned, pilot scale, 100-gallon mixer (100-gallon slurry mixer or equivalent) through mixer lid ports.

NSWC IHD intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Mettler-Toledo Autochem, Inc., located at 6708 Alexander Bell Dr. Ste 100 Columbia, MD 21045. The NAICS code is 334516 and the PSC is 6630. THIS IS NOT AN INVITATION FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all responses received to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solicitation will be available for this procurement. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract.
